Joey came back
Aug. 9th, 2020 11:57 amhi everyone
I'm pleased to report that my wrist is healing nicely, I've pretty much got full range of motion in it again and typing no longer hurts.
I also reached out to my GP after my last depressive episode didn't ease up and am back on a low-grade anti-depressant. It's been less than a week since I've been on them so I'm going through the roller coaster of side effects at the moment. That's super fun as always. I'm looking forward to the end of the month when I should start seeing some improvements.
I've got a fracture clinic appointment this coming Friday to see how well my ankle is healing. I'm a little anxious because I don't know what to expect. I'm assuming they'll be taking an x-ray and will be able to tell? I've been in cast 7 weeks now so I'm really hoping it's going to come off and I can start getting back to normal!
Other than that, I've mostly been just reading and watching TV. I started logging the TV I was watching on trakt.tv but I've completely forgotten for the last couple of weeks. I'm not sure I can bothered to back and catch up. I do need to update my goodreads as well.
I've fallen down a total Youtube blackhole. I started on crafting videos, ended up on planners, then somehow went from that to DIY/decorating, to home renovations, to watching people make clothes. I have absolutely no idea what happened there!
And while all of that is enjoyable for me, it doesn't really make for interesting blog posts for you. Since
sunshine_challenge finished, I'm really struggling to think about things to write about. I've even thought about googling how to write a book review. I enjoyed the random art/history nerding sections of my posts and would like to figure out a way of incorporating that going forward as well, but I'm not quite sure how.
I think I need to find some other kind of blogging/posting challenge, I guess pinterest or somewhere would be a good place to look?
